Who is EtereShop?

EtereShop is a manufacturer of LED and mirror performance costumes, wings, masks and props for dancers, acrobats, living statues and stage shows. We have been making LED costumes since 2012. Our online store is EtereShop, operated by SIARHEI VAITOVICH & SONS Sp. z o.o., Warsaw, Poland.

Do you make custom costumes?

Yes, custom manufacturing is our core work. We make each costume to the dimensions, colours, materials and design you specify. We agree the specification and price with you by e-mail or WhatsApp, then send a personal payment link.

How long does production take?

Items in stock are processed within 3–5 days of payment. Made-to-order items take on average 3–40 days, depending on complexity, component availability and our workload, plus 1–3 days of control testing before dispatch. If you have a fixed show date, tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can meet it.

How can I pay?

By card through Revolut, our payment provider: Visa, Mastercard and other major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay. Or by bank transfer against an invoice from your manager. For custom orders agreed outside the shop, we send a personal payment link. Production and shipping begin only after full payment is received. We never change our bank details by e-mail.

What currency are prices in?

Prices in the shop are shown in US dollars (USD). For business customers we can issue the invoice in EUR or PLN.

Do prices include VAT and customs duties?

Prices are shown net of tax; VAT and delivery are calculated at checkout before you confirm. Orders outside the EU: 0% VAT (export). EU private customers: VAT of the destination country. EU businesses with a valid VAT number: 0% VAT under the reverse-charge mechanism. Import duties, import VAT, GST and clearance fees in the destination country are paid by the customer.

How do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide with a tracking number. EMS takes up to about 14 days and is the most economical option; DHL, UPS and FedEx take 3–7 business days and cost more. The estimate is 1–35 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and carrier; time in customs is not included.

What if the parcel arrives damaged?

Inspect the parcel on delivery. Record visible damage with the carrier at once and file a claim with them. For hidden damage, send us an unedited video of unpacking and of the first switching-on, with photos. Report transport damage within 3 days of receipt.

Can I return a costume?

Custom-made and personalised items are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Polish and EU consumer law. Standard, non-customised products can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Write to mail@42.show before sending any return to get a return reference number.

Can I cancel a custom order?

If production is complete, we may refuse a refund. If the item is still being made, we refund the amount paid minus the cost of work already done and of materials used or ordered for your project.

What warranty do you give?

We give a workmanship guarantee for faults in the original assembly or components, such as a short circuit caused by a soldering fault. To report a fault, write to mail@42.show with photos or video; we respond within 14 calendar days. If the fault is covered, we pay for the repair including return shipping.

Are your mirror costumes made of glass?

No. We use acrylic mirror only. It is lighter and stronger than glass, so you can move freely and even sit in the costume.

How do I switch on an LED costume?

Most LED items have three parts: the power unit with batteries, the controller and the costume itself. Connect the controller and the power unit, then press the button on the controller. Standard effects are pre-recorded and switched with two buttons; we can also record custom effects such as logos, colours or flags.
