Can you make a custom suit?

Of course we can. If you like any product, but would like to make your own changes, or you’d like your own individual product, you can contact us and we’ll be happy to fulfil your request.

What are the terms of your goods production?

It all depends on the degree of complexity of the order and whether the product is in stock. On average, the production of a product takes from 3 to 40 days. After the product is ready, we set aside 1-3 days for testing it. 

If you have an urgent order, please contact our manager and we will discuss the terms individually.

How can I pay for the order?

Payment by card is made through the Bepaid service. You select a product, add it to the cart, fill in the data and click the “to place an order” button.

After that, you will be redirected to the secure service page, where you will see your order number and the payment amount. Enter your card detailed information and click “confirm payment”. Upon completion of payment, you will be taken to the store page. On the mail you will find a letter about the change in the status of your order. If you have any problems when paying through Bepaid, write to the manager and he will offer a different payment option. For our US clients the payment can be made with Payoneer service.

In order to place an order via a bank transfer, you need to contact the manager. They will draw up a contract and an invoice. They contain all the information necessary for payment. Remember, you pay the bank commission for the money transfer yourself. We accept payments in Russian and Belarusian rubles, euros and dollars. How to make an order?

You can contact managers to place an order. They will register the order and provide a link to the payment or necessary documents for bank payment.

What purchase options do you have?

We are a small company and we made all our products on order. We do not have ready-made products in stock, so most often we work on the following terms:

  • Start manufacturing after 30% prepayment;
  • Send goods after 100% prepayment; 

However, we also provide an installment plan for the production time of the product. Before shipping the item, we must have the full price amount of the item in our account.

How can I get my order?

How do I plug the product to make it work?

Almost all of our LED items consist of three main parts: the power system, the controller and the product itself. The power system is most often a unit where batteries are inserted. It is important not to mix up the polarity of the batteries, otherwise the unit may burn out.

The LEDs are controlled by a controller. Standard effects are pre-recorded and switched using two forward-backward buttons. We also create and record individual effects (logos, colors, flags) and may teach how to create them all by yourself.

For the suit to work, you need to connect the controller and power system to the suit and press a button on the controller. In case you have any questions, you may contact the managers, they are in touch 24/7.

What's in the box with the product?

The contents of the package vary depending on the product. To find out exact details or the configuration, look at the product card or contact the manager.

What is the product warranty and what does it cover?

We provide a quality guarantee for all our products. Before shipping, we test our products and make sure they work correctly. We are not responsible for the quality of work of transport companies, therefore, a repair kit is included to shipping for each product.

If you find a malfunction, contact our manager. Tell them what happened and film the breakdown on video. We will offer solutions, there may be several of them:

 

  • If the breakdown is not serious, our technician will tell you how to fix it using a repair kit.
  • If there is a serious malfunction, send the product back to us. We will repair or replace the item with a new well-functioning one.

The warranty does not apply to mechanical damage received after you have unpacked the product. However, we provide technical support for our products not depending on the time of purchase. You can send us a product for repair and we will put it in order.

Every case of equipment breakdown is considered individually and repair conditions are specified.

Can I order to add color to the mirror costume?

You surely can. In case you want to add a gold or silver color (available mirror colors), you need to contact the manager and pay extra due to the higher consumption of material.

Can I buy a separate part of the suit?
